- Technical transaction failures causing excess deduction
- Cancellation of the examination directly by IPO

- Debit/Credit Cards: 7–12 working days
- Net Banking: 7–12 working days
- Digital Wallets: 5–10 working days
6. Study Material & Dispatch Conditions
- No refunds after materials are dispatched
- No refunds after digital resources are accessed/downloaded
- IPO is not responsible for incorrect shipping details
7. Examination Schedule Changes
- Postpone or reschedule examination dates
- Change examination venues
- Modify examination formats or modes
8. Participant Responsibility
- Missing the examination
- Late arrival
- Violation of examination rules
- Technical/connectivity issues during online participation
