By registering for the International Phonics Olympiad, users including parents, students, schools, coordinators, teachers, and institutions acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

About the Olympiad

IPO is an educational assessment platform designed to evaluate and enhance phonics, reading, grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, communication, and literacy skills among students.

Registration Guidelines

• Registration must be completed using accurate and valid information.
• Parents, schools, or coordinators are responsible for correct student details.
• IPO may reject registrations with false or incomplete information.
• Registration is valid only after successful payment verification.

Fee Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Fees cannot be adjusted against future programs unless officially announced.
• Refunds for duplicate payments are subject to management approval.

Examination & Participation Rules

• Participants must maintain honesty and fair conduct.
• Cheating or malpractice may lead to disqualification.
• False information or disruptive behaviour is prohibited.

Certificates, Results & Awards

Certificates, medals, trophies, scorecards, and awards will be issued based on official evaluation records and timelines.

Intellectual Property Rights

All IPO website content including logos, study materials, graphics, worksheets, and Olympiad papers are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Website Usage

• Do not misuse the website or services.
• Do not attempt unauthorised system access.
• Do not upload harmful or malicious content.
• Do not interfere with website functionality.

Communication Consent

Users consent to receiving emails, SMS notifications, WhatsApp updates, phone calls, and educational announcements related to IPO activities.
